INA §212(c) Cancellation. #Relief.

I have never helped anyone obtain INA §212(c) relief. It is an extremely generous provision of law that allows persons with aggravated felonies (as defined by INA) who served a 5-year sentence to apply for INA §212(c) relief if they entered their plea agreement before Nov. 29, 1990. The regulations at 8 C.F.R. §1212.3 are instructive so I would not be opposed to doing one.
